As of January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. (CCPA) dictates that California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information, as defined by the CCPA. This Notice is to provide you with information regarding the right to opt out, and all terms used in this Notice are as defined in the CCPA or applicable regulations thereunder.
The “sale” of personal information, as defined by the CCPA, may include any communication of personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, subject to certain exceptions and limitations.

Authorized agents may be used to exercise your opt-out rights, in which event the authorized agent’s request to opt out on your behalf sent by mail must include a power of attorney or a notarized statement, with your signature appointing properly authorizing the agent for such purpose. If your authorized agent chooses to submit request to opt out online by using the provided link above, a copy of the power of attorney or the original the notarized statement must be mailed to the aforementioned address within five (5) days after submitting the online request, or we may in our discretion otherwise verify the agent’s authority to our reasonable satisfaction.
