About Ohio Valley Resource Conservation and Development
The Ohio Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council is a non-profit charity that helps local people accomplish important community projects and provides assistance to other non-profit organizations with local or regional projects. The RC&D can offer grant writing or help change an idea into a concrete and viable project plan. The Council also works with local units of government and citizen groups with their projects.
