About Kaleidoscope School of Fine Art
Kaleidoscope is excited about new opportunities for funding with the generous support of our valued friends, students and patrons. After 28 years of serving the Barrington Area and surrounding communities in providing quality Art Instruction, Kaleidoscope School of Fine Art has made a change to help insure it can continue for a new generation. We have reorganized as a Non-profit 501(c) 3 institution in order to qualify for grants and other funding which can provide a long-term financial base for our operations and mission to bring art to those who need it most. Our missions is to enrich the lives of individuals in our community by promoting the fine arts for children and adults, and inspire the exploration of creative potential that exists inside every human being. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to provide subsidized quality art programs and scholarships making fine art accessible to everyone. These programs include: 1. 80 annual Scholarships to under-resourced individuals who will benefit from the fine art classes offered onsite. 2. After school student-created collaborative art projects to directly benefit 2-3 local not-for-profits and providing instruction to 25-30 students. 3. Offsite classes in 1-3 Care Facilities (Nursing Homes, Halfway houses, Correctional facilities, Shelters and other institutions) that will reach 5-10 students per class on a monthly basis. Would you consider supporting our mission through Good Search?
