Switchfoot
American Alternative Rock Band Switchfoot has been involved in a number of humanitarian causes, including DATA, the ONE Campaign, the Keep A Breast Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Invisible Children, and To Write Love on Her Arms.
For the past 6 years, Switchfoot has organized an annual philanthropic event called Bro-Am. With a mission to give back to the San Diego community, Bro-Am benefits a different local children's charity each year and raises funds at a pre-event auction night, as well as from vendors on the beach, sponsorships, and an after-party at the Belly Up Tavern.
Switchfoot's Jon Foreman reflects, "The Switchfoot Bro-am began six years ago as an implausible dream: a dream that three of our favorite things (surfing, music, and the local community) could collide for a day in a way that gives back to the town that has given us so much.
You can help support Switchfoot's favorite causes every time you search or shop online by downloading the GoodSearch toolbar here.
