The Starlight Children's Foundation has a very special group of young people who serve as StarPower Ambassadors – committing to use their time, energy and initiative on behalf of the children and families the organization serves and to motivating other young people to do the same.
These ambassadors use their own personal “star power” to brighten the lives of young patients with hospital visits, entertainment performances, livening up Great Escape events outside of the hospital, or by hosting chats with teens in the online community Starbright World.
Here are a few of Starlight’s StarPower Ambassadors:
Corbin Bleu - Corbin is currently starring as Chad in the Disney Channel original movie High School Musical 2, and recently released his debut CD on Hollywood Records.
Monique Coleman - Monique stars as Taylor McKessie in the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical 2 and was a top 4 finalist on Dancing With The Stars.
Kristy Frank - The teen alternative pop/rock sensation from Vacaville, California is storming the music industry with the release of her debut CD on Ruffnation/Universal Records.
Kyle Massey - Kyle stars as Cory Baxter in the Disney Channel’s Cory In The House, and starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Life is Ruff.
Rob Pinkston - Rob stars as Coconut Head on Nickelodeon’s Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, and has four new feature films coming out, including The Sasquatch Dumpling Gang and Parental Guidance Suggested.
Lauren Storm - Lauren stars as Taylor on the NBC/Discovery Kids series Flight 29 Down and will be seen opposite The Rock in Walt Disney Pictures' The Game Plan.
Ashley Tisdale - Ashley stars in the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and as Sharpay Evans in the original movie, High School Musical 2. She recently released her debut CD on Warner Bros Records.
