Description
ZONTA Club of Myrtle Beach was chartered on February 1, 1993 to serve Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. We work closely with non profit agencies to help improve the status of women and girls in South Carolina. Our projects have included transportation for CASA, baskets for young mothers choosing to continue their education with the help of Horry County Outreach, helped found ECCAHT to end human trafficking in the Carolinas, sweat suits for rape victims, and local scholarships for young women.
ZONTA is a worldwide service organization of executives in business and the professions working together to advance the status of women through service and advocacy. We are a non-partisan and non-sectarian organization with ethnic and geographic diversity.
