Description
ZOOM House is a transitional housing program in South Minneapolis that provides resources, guidance, and support to families moving from homelessness to self-sufficiency. The term “transformational housing” is used to emphasize that all program participants, volunteers, community organizations, and churches are equal partners working together. All of us are transformed as we journey together in community.
