Zachary Tompkins was healthy, young, athletic and vibrant. On March 8, 2010, Zachary passed unexpectedly in his sleep. You see, in addition to being a scholar and a respected member of the Bears’ community, Zachary Tompkins dreamed as if he’d live forever.
Shortly before his passing, Zach crafted a piece of art in his own hand on which he wrote:
“Hudson-Litchfield ZACH’s Stadium Home of the Bears” he wanted to own a stadium for his team, The Bears.A dream that supercharged Zach, and only a week later, tragedy struck. It’s time to listen to his words and give meaning to the next chapter of Zach Tompkins’ story.
