Description
The YWCA of Minneapolis is a nonprofit organization with a mission to empower women and girls and eliminate racism. Since its’ founding in 1891 by a group of women pushing the boundaries of social acceptability - women working outside of the home - the YWCA has remained a leader in social change. Every day we are in the Minneapolis community impacting lives through our youth development, early childhood education, racial justice, public policy, and health and wellness programs. Through this work we reach more than 25,000 youth, children, women, and families each year.
