YWCA Elgin is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

Programs include: School Age Child Care, Teen REACH, English as a Second Language Classes and Preschool, Family Literacy and the SouthEast Asian Youth Program
