Description
Yunnan Kids International (YKI) is a non-profit organization which focuses on improving the lives of children across Yunnan province. YKI seeks to support children in all forms of care; for example institutional care, care provided by foster families and ethnic minority children in Chinese families lacking basic necessities.
YKI strives to accomplish this important work by:
• Supporting staff efforts in Yunnan orphanages province-wide
• Assisting children in foster care
• Supporting or developing infant nurture programs as appropriate
• Supporting foster families’ efforts on behalf of their foster children
• Assisting in construction projects that benefit children of Yunnan.
