Our all-volunteer New York area-wide youth Program provides educational, counseling, athletic, support, and delinquency prevention activities to our disadvantaged inner-city enrollment. We help give our, ages 7-20, the tools to grow up cleanly, to succeed in their home & school environments, and to reach full their potential. Our dedicated Staff help our Kids stay in School, away from drugs, get a quality education, develop an understanding of the races, religions, cultures and beliefs this beautiful and ugly City of New York has, and grow up straight, in spite of all. More than 88% of yearly revenue is applied to direct program services.
We help achieve the following: a quality education, decreased street violence, drug prevention, improved reading/writing skills, an understanding of cause & effect, and learning to respect others from diverse backgrounds. Our youth enrollment is 80% Black or Latino. A major Program objective is our use of sports to help our Kids grow.
