The YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU of Southwestern Indiana is a private, nonsectarian, not-for-profit (501-C-3) corporation. Since its inception in June of 1973, the BUREAU has continually innovated methods to better serve vulnerable youth and their families.
The BUREAU is an accredited member of the INDIANA YOUTH SERVICES ASSOCIATION, a coalition of thirty-five community based, youth serving organizations.
Approximately 91% of our annual budget ($1,151,665) comes from federal, state and local government, 4% ($42,897) from the UNITED WAY OF SOUTHWESTERN INDIANA, and 5% ($54,813) from fees, donations, fund-raising, interest and miscellaneous income. (12/05)
