Description
Carrie Anne Fipps was a founding member of City Moves! Dance Foundation, which merged with Young Audiences of San Diego in 2005. She was an active participant in the organization until her death in December of 1996 at the age of fifteen. Young Audiences' Teaching Artists nominate outstanding dancers from their classes, and one dancer a year is chosen as the recipient of a years' free unlimited dance classes at the studio of their choice.
