Description

A 501c3 not-for-profit organization in Illinios that rescues and rehomes dogs and cats over the age of 5, or "mature" and "senior" pets. As the only "senior" pet rescue in the Chicagoland area, Young at Heart takes in dogs and cats that do not have a chance at being adopted out of traditional shelters and finds them forever homes.
