The North Valley Family YMCA was founded in 1945 and today serves more than 40,000 individuals at its main branch location and at 45 program sites located throughout the North Valley Community. The mission of the YMCA is to put Judeo-Christian principals into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We welcome everyone, regardless of age, race, faith or economic background. No one is turned away due to an inability to pay.
