The Knox County YMCA builds strong kids, strong families and strong communities by putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
Programs included at the YMCA include Swim Lessons for All Ages, Before and After School Child Care, Youth & Government, Tai Chi and other various Fitness Classes, Art Classes, Various Sports Leagues, including Basketball, Soccer and T-Ball, along with Summer Day Camp and other various Sports Camps.
