Description
The Clippard Family YMCA was recently approved by the Ohio Department of Education, Office for Exceptional Children as a private provider for the Autism Scholarship program. As an approved provider, the YMCA will operate a Preschool ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) Learning Center. The program is designed to implement a child's IEP (Individualized Education Program) and provide the needed therapies to achieve their goals. Program components will include 1:1 instruction time, ABA instruction, Speech and Occupational therapy, swimming, music, and sensory and gross motor gym activities. The program will also have inclusion activities with the YMCA preschool for social and peer interaction.
