Description

YBH is an afterschool fitness program that works with middle schools students to reduce the epidemic of childhood obesity. We ofer fitness programs and nutrition education to help eradicate this problem that is increasing among children.

There are fitness trainers at five of six middle schools in Albany, GA. They work with over 200 total students on a daily basis to increase their physical activity.
