World Changers Community Alliance [WCCA] was organized in 2003 in the Metropolitan Detroit area to the community needs by targeting goals to improve the lives of those within the community through education, mentoring, training, and partnering with other churches, non-profits, businesses, civic, community, and governmental interest. We provide market responsive structured activities to meet the employment needs of the dislocated, unemployed, and/or under-employed individuals along their career paths. Areas being targeted are Remedial Enrichment, Employability, Mentoring, and Computer Training. A.W.E.'s mission also is to promote lifelong learning among individuals, businesses and government and to assist the educational institutions, employers, and the local communities in developing the academically empowered individuals and competent workforces.
