Description
In 1996, Work In Progress was formed to serve as a non-profit work placement and support organization for those who experience mental illness. We provide pre-interview training, job development, on the job training if necessary and follow along for the length of the job. This support will last for as long as necessary- weeks, months or even years. The end result is an independent work candidate with a positive sense of self who is a dedicated and long-term employee.
