501-C3 incorporated December 1988 in the state of North Carolina.
Purposes:
1) to promote, facilitate and support the opportunities of women seeking to aspire to or further their professional or executive careers.
2) to promote, facilitate and support the education of the general public on the status and rights of women and to recognize the achievements and contributions of women.
3) to operate exclusively for charitable, religious, educationsal and scientific purposes
4) to engage in any lawful act or activity in furtherance of the aforesaid purposes for which corporations may be organized under Chapter 55A of the Gerneral Statutes of North Carolina.
