West Virginia Women Work! helps women enter and advance in jobs that will lead to economic self-sufficiency for themselves and their families. We are a statewide nonprofit organization that supports and advocates for the education, employment, and economic equity for all women. We achieve this goal through a comprehensive program of recruitment, training, referrals, placements, retention, networking, advocacy, activities,and public workshops.
