Description
Women of Change Ministries is a non-profit organization whose vision is to assist female offenders currently incarcerated to successfully transition out of prison and back into society. Our mission is to ensure a smooth transition for these females by empowering them to set positive, attainable goals and reach their full potential. Our goal is to help reduce the rate of recidivism by providing a strong support system for these women and their children. Our organization will accomplish this by assisting these women in finding housing, education, jobs, clothing, transportation, and developing a support system after incarceration.
