Description
With One Heart is a nonprofit organization that offers aid to former foster youth through a loving community in a home-like atmosphere. This unique program provides for more than just the physical needs of each youth, as it is designed to nurture the whole person. Through specialized mentoring, all residents will have the daily opportunity to participate in group and individual counseling as well as instruction in basic life skills. Our vision, however, is that the greatest lessons learned will be through the love and compassion that is shown to each individual. Those involved with With One Heart are committed to ensuring that the youth that come to us develop the necessary tools to live as productive, loving and responsible adults in our society.
