Description
Advocates may assess the needs of older adults and link them with the available services. Advocates may maintain contact to ensure that services. The Advocacy Program assists older citizens to remain independent in their homes. Home or office visits are available by appointment.
Advocates can provide assistance with:

- Health insurance assistance
- Medicaid/Medicare appeals/fraud
- Housing and home care options
- Advanced health care directives
- Financial power of attorney forms
- Money management
