WilPower is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, community-based organization in Northern Cook County. WilPower, Inc. was founded in 1986 by parents, relatives, and people concerned about the rights and unmet needs of adults with serious mental illness. WilPower partners with people with mental illness to recover and pursue lives of meaning and purpose.
