Wildlife Rehabilitators Association of Rhode Island

Wildlife Rehabilitators Association of RI (WRARI) is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the provision of veterinary care and treatment of native injured and orphaned wild animals. WRARI manifests this mission in two ways: First, by operating the Wildlife Clinic of Rhode Island, the only facility in RI legally permitted to provide veterinary care and rehabilitation to every species in RI, and second, by supporting the efforts of licensed, private rehabilitators. Annually, WRARI receives and provides care to more than 3,000 wild animals. No state or federal funding exists for this work, so WRARI depends upon membership, private donations, grants and fundraising to sustain operations and further its mission.
