WHLR is dedicated to saving Labrador Retrievers from life threatening situations; building strong working relationships with South Carolina shelters and the communities that we are active in; promoting humane education, responsible pet ownership and spay/neuter; and networking with other rescues and like-minded groups, individuals, and businesses.
WHLR is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity registered with the state of SC.
