The Wide Umbrella is dedicated to preventing homelessness in families with children. Our Rent to Shelter Program leases homes at the brink of foreclosure and re-purposes them as temporary housing for homeless families with children.
The Rent to Shelter Program is one of the first of its kind in the country, and our goal is to give a fresh start to displaced families... one home at a time.
