Description
Provides outreach in local rural area for victims of domestic violence, families-at-risk, the elderly, and persons in nedd because of a health crisis.y persons. We have "Healthwise for Life", a senior home-visiting program, a domestic violence shelter and support services, "Building Healthy Relationships: Sexual Assault Prevention" in area schools, and emergency linkage, case management, food pantry and other assistance.
