White River RC&D (WRRC&D) is committed to helping local citizens, units of government, small nonprofits and anyone trying to create a positive difference in their community make their project implementation as stress-free as possible. WRRC&D serves as a support system for our communities by providing technical, administrative, and financial assistance to community-wide projects and programs. WRRC&D supports projects which focus on the environment, community development, historical renovation, and economic impact issues.
