Description
The White Bluffs Center promotes and celebrates the art and craft of quilting and textile arts through educational opportunities for children and adults and is working to preserve the history of quilting as a uniquely American art form. White Bluffs is a public charity under section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS Code. The organization is working to acquire a building that will house all quilting and textils arts groups and guilds in Eastern Washington.
