Description
We are a nonprofit parent participation preschool located in San Jose, CA. We serve children ages 2-5 years old. The curriculum is developmental and play-based, meeting children where they are and providing lots of choices of activities. Every parent works in the classroom as an assistant to the teacher. In addition, monthly enrichment meetings are held to provide parent education and coaching. Tuition is kept low and no-interest loans are available for families experiencing financial difficulty. The school is governed as a cooperative, and decisions are made democratically by a Board of Directors made up of parents at the school.
