Westchester’s Resource for Adoption Program (WRAP) works with families who are in the process of adopting or have adopted children who were in foster care in Westchester County. This program provides a wide range of support services including training, parent and child support groups, a lending library, information and referral, crisis intervention, and ongoing support.
