Description

The Westchester Alumni Association (WAA) is 501(c)4 organization that was established to unite all alumni and friends of Westchester High School, to support the Westchester Academy for International Studies (formerly Westchester HS) in the Spring Branch Independent School District (Houston, TX).

The WAA provides scholarships to deserving graduating seniors of the Westchester Academy to assist them with their college tuition. The Scholarship Fund uses 100% of funds raised to provide these scholarships which are awarded on a competitive basis to interested graduating seniors. The typical scholarship is $1000 and we intend to grow this effort as funds allow. We work closely with school administrators and maintain an excellent relationship with the PTA and other SBISD entities as well as the student's parents.
