West Chester Film Festival promotes art and culture in the Chester County, Pennsylvania region by putting on an Annual International Film Festival every year and providing to the region a wider range of artistic and cultural opportunities and exposure. The WCFF also puts on workshops over the Festival weekend that are free to all patrons. The workshops teach children, students and adults about the art of making film. Additionally, a youth block is shown over the Festival weekend, highlighting films made by youths 16 or under, thereby encouraging young people to be more involved in arts and cultural activities.
