The Meow Bow Wow Fund
The Meow Bow Wow Fund is solely dedicated to assisting rescue groups and pet orphanages with the financial resources to help offset the skyrocketing costs of pet medical care. In 2000, WellPetUSA and its board of directors decided to concentrate a majority of their efforts in raising money for the Fund and distributing its proceeds to qualified rescue groups and pet orphanages. Ninety percent of the funds donated are used for this purpose. The remaining 10% of donated funds are used for administering the fund.
PEAT
In our opinion, taking good care of pets is another important aspect of the pet welfare community that can be accomplished. Educating the community and pet owners through our website and volunteers is our goal. PEAT is designed for this very purpose. The acronym stands for Pet Education, Awareness and Training.
