The Well School is a small, private day school in Peterborough, NH. It provides an excellent education with individual attention for students in Pre-K through the 8th grade. The focus is on building a community of respect and sharing the joy in learning. The school serves students from Keene, Dublin, Hancock, Jaffrey, Rindge, New Ipswich, Peterborough, Greenfield, Lyndeborough, Milford, Amherst, and other surrounding towns throughout the Monadnock Region.
Established in 1967, The Well School enjoys a reputation for academic achievement as well as excellence in the arts. First and foremost the school is a community. Our mission is to provide a small, emotionally and physically-safe learning environement that emphasizes the development of the whole child: intellectual, artistic, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
