Description

A 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to homeless animals find homes, assist low-income households with the costs of spay and neutering, educate the public on the need to spay or neuter their pets to alleviate the problems associated with pet overpopulation in our county. The county shelter is nearing completion and the WCHS will be allowed to operate an adoption program out of the county shelter when it is open.
