Description

WE CARE Jacksonville is a non-profit organization which provides primary health care services to the poor uninsured people of Jacksonville. The clinics are staffed by volunteer physicians, nurses, dentists, and other health professionals, and clerical personnel. If a patient reuires medical evaluation/treatment beyond this, a referral is made to an appropriare WE CARE participating specialist, diagnostic center, etc. When needed referrals are made to participating hospitals at no cost t the patient.
