Organized in 1969, the Watauga Humane Society provides food, shelter, medical care, and lots of love to the dogs and cats at its shelter and works to find permanent loving homes. Its mission is to provide humane care and treatment for all animals needing protection and seeks to return lost animals to their guardians.
