WAAW Foundation is a social enterprise whose mission is to create a pipeline of highly qualified African women in Science and Technology related areas, while reversing the brain drain trends for STEM trained Africans.
WAAW Foundation's strategy is to enable science, technical, engineering and math (STEM) training for young African women and then match them with organizations in Africa seeking such talent.
