The mission of the Volunteer Center of Marinette County, Inc. is to build capacity of Marinette County through the connection of people and resources with community needs.
Company Overview
The Volunteer Center of Marinette County, Inc. mobilizes people and resources to deliver creative solutions to community issues. To achieve this vision, the Volunteer Center of Marinette County, Inc. uses the following core competencies:

--Connect people with opportunites to serve in the community
--Promote Volunteering
--Build the capacity for effective local volunteering through partnerships and programming
--Development of strategic initiatives that mobilize volunteers to meet local community needs
Description
The Volunteer Center of Marinette County, Inc. houses a number of programs including, but limited to:

--SeniorCorps and R.S.V.P. Programs for those of 55 years of age and older
--The Pro Bono Program and Business Volunteer Council for business volunteerism, corporate relations, professional development, and student involvement
--The H.E.L.P. Program and one-on-one mentoring programs for community-service volunteers that provide services and support, and resources and referrals for those facing challenges in the reintegration process"
