Voices of the Heart, Inc. is a not-for-profit support and advocacy organization. Oversight by the NYS Office of Mental. Its mission is to help people define their personal boundaries and achieve a maximum degree of autonomy and self-empowerment, and respect to exercise the rights and responsibilities of full citizenship.
