VOCAL (Voices of Chance Animal League) is committed to improving the lives of abused and neglected animals in our community. We work everyday to BREAK THE CHAINS and educate the public about the mental and physical pain animals suffer while spending most or all of their lives being chained, tethered or penned in small areas alone. With your support we can BREAK THE CHAINS and ensure that animals coming into our care will no longer be chained, alone, hungry or afraid.
