Vocational Visions is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been serving people with developmental disabilities since 1974. Our mission is to provide the highest quality program opportunities to serve the vocational, economic and social potential of people with developmental and other disabilities, and to promote the life-enriching potential of full community inclusion.

Vocational Visions is the only facility-based program in south Orange County that provides the full array of services that meet the needs of over 415 men and women with developmental and other disabilities at no charge to our participants. These disabilities include mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy and emotional, sensory and neurological disorders as well. Many of these individuals also have physical and motor impairments along with speech and sensory impairments.
