OUR MISSION
The VistaCare Hospice Foundation is a non-profit organization working to enhance the quality of life for those with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones. Our mission is accomplished by making grants in three areas of need; emergency assistance, last wishes, and community education.
WHAT WE DO
Through on-site and one-on-one training, we assist the site staff’s capacity to serve patients, families, and communities using tools provided by the Foundation, which include financial grants, printed materials, models for community, advisory councils, VistaGiving committees, community education programs, consulting, and technical assistance.
