Description
Provides home health and hospice care to residents of Riverside and San Bernardino counties in southern California, without regard for ability to pay, within available resources. A variety of community service programs are offered to support the communities served, including community and professional education, health fairs and health screenings, adult grief support services and the Mourning Star Center, a children's grief support program. A summer grief camp, Camp Erin - Palm Springs, is also offered annually for children and teens.
