Description

Visiting Nurse Association of Central Connecticut, Inc. began its tradition of providing quality home health care and general public health services in 1905. We are a voluntary, nonprofit, state licensed and Medicare certified agency that can provide a variety of health care services to people of all ages. We offer Home Health Nursing, Hospice and Palliative Care, Therapies, Health Screening Clinics, Well Child Clinics and many community outreach projects.
